Mexican Twilight ornamental Pepper (Numex)

A hot ornamental chilli with green leaves and purple fruit that ripens to yellow, orange, and then red. This variety has fruit in all four colour states at the same time. The NuMex Twilight pepper was developed at New Mexico State University’s Chile Pepper Institute. Bred for ornamental beauty and flavor, it showcases vibrant color changes from purple to red as it matures. With a heat level of 30,000–50,000 Scoville units, it offers a crisp, slightly fruity, moderately hot taste.
